Hi!

Somehow in some way you happened to come across this collection of digital bits that represents my homepage in the world-wide-web (or cyberspace, or whatever the hell what used to be ARPA is called now). Welcome!

What you're seeing right now is generated by my Linux box, currently known as kassad.voidwhichbinds.net. Without revealing too much detail, it's a collection of boneyard parts from various sources, and happens to run Linux quite well. Horray for the efficiency of Linux! If you'd like to learn more about the Linux operating system, click here.

As is the case with most webpages out there, this one will probably be in a constant state of "tweakness". If you must have the most up-to-date information about me, then I'd suggest checking back often. Otherwise enjoy what's here, and use whatever you find at your own risk. :)

If you've read this far, I'd be willing to bet your curiousity is still with you, or you're just mindlessly reading. In either case, here's some juicy tidbits about me:

  • Graduated from the The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, BS degree in Computer Engineering
  • Currently living in the Chicago area
  • Used to live in the Sacramento area
  • Grew up in the Chicagoland area
  • I used to work at Intel, writing some cool linux software for hardware validation.
  • I now work for a much smaller company called Interphase. I still write Linux software, but it's for embedded applications. If you must have a bunch of acronyms tossed at you, my company makes ATCA carriers, blades, and AMCs. Yup, we do the hardware and software. It's a challenging line of work, and I love it.
  • Restoring a 1968 Chevrolet Camaro.
